Stress is the issue that is faced by all of us.It arises from our jobs, family life, drama with friends, a relationship problem, or finances, or many many more sensitive issues etc., In cosequence,stress occurs at high speed.
A little stress is good that allow us to grow physically and mentally, But,excessive and chronic stress is harmful. Prolonged stress can even lead to tension headaches and other health problems that limit your functioning at work and in our relationships.
We should try some method to relive stress rather than allow stress to kill us internally.
